About the Company
Blackstone Ltd. is a European company registered in Bulgaria, founded in 2016. We specialize in comprehensive technical maintenance, ship repair, and shipbuilding. The company draws on over 20 years of accumulated professional experience in the maritime industry.
We execute technically complex projects on passenger and cargo fleets, as well as at leading European shipyards. Our expertise lies in performing tasks of any complexity, both in dry docks and directly on vessels while underway.

“My journey in the maritime industry began with a specialized technical education and foundational practice at ship repair yards, where I acquired fundamental skills in metalworking and hull structure restoration.
A landmark stage in my professional development was participating in the construction of modern passenger vessels at leading Finnish shipyards (Turku, Rauma, Helsinki). It was there, working under stringent inspections and high demands, that I adopted the advanced standards of European shipbuilding.
Years of practice—encompassing inspections, labor cost calculations, resource planning, and team management—enabled me to shape my own approach to production organization. In 2016, this experience became the foundation for establishing Blackstone Ltd. Today, my goal is to provide international clients with professional teams capable of efficiently solving engineering and technical challenges of any complexity on schedule.”
Core Competencies
We offer a wide range of services, providing projects with qualified personnel and efficient management:
- Structural and Fitting Works: Fabrication, repair, and replacement of steel and stainless-steel structures; restoration of hull components and hatch covers.
- Piping Systems: Installation and modernization of piping networks using various materials (steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics, Cool-Fit, Geberit, and Geberit Plus).
- Marine Cold Rooms: Full-cycle works (approximately 100 cold rooms successfully replaced over the last 2 years), including dismantling and installing new panels, doors, and hatches.
- Cargo Fleet Projects (including MSC container ships): Hydraulic system replacement, scrubber repairs, and complex mechanism overhauls.
- HVAC Systems: Fabrication and installation of ventilation ducts, units, heat exchanger coils, and dampers.
- Welding Works: Professional welding (MMA, TIG, MIG/MAG) of carbon and stainless steel.
